Australian actress Portia de Rossi - best known for her roles as Lindsay Fünke on Arrested Development and Nelle Porter on Ally McBeal - has signed to ICM Partners, where she's to be looked after by Ruthanne Secunda in the LA office, joining a roster including Meg Ryan, Jerry O'Connell and Tori Spelling.
